Your Committee on Fire would respectfully report that owing to the vicious nature of the fire horse "Tony", and the disability of the large Grey horse purchased for Engine House #5, we have traded said horses off and allowed $25.00 additional for a new horse. We would recommend that the action of the committee be approved and that a warrant in the sum of Twenty-five Dollars be ordered drawn on the City Treasurer in Favor of T. Clancy in settlement of the deal.
